About Sun Orthodontix

At Sun, we believe that when it comes to something as important as your family's health, you shouldn't have to choose between quality and affordability. In fact, our founder, Dr. Vondrak, began practicing over three decades ago with this simple idea: that all families deserve access to quality orthodontic care, regardless of their economic means. Over the years, he's worked hard to make quality treatment even more affordable. Along the way, he began recruiting other like-minded orthodontists to work with him to make this mission a reality. His dedication to this vision has paid off, and today Sun is one of the leading providers of braces in the Southwest, with six locations in Texas and New Mexico, and growing.

Growth has meant great things for us and our patients. Although many of our offices have been serving patients for years as Orthodontix LTD, we have decided to change our name to Sun Orthodonitx. This name reflects the optimism we bring to providing quality, affordable care to ever-growing numbers of families, and honors the spirit and distinctive climate of the communities of the Southwest that we serve.
